Three steps. No paperwork.

Get a matched lead.

Players at your skill band and travel zone who specified your coaching style (junior, adult, performance, group) see your profile in their search. They send an inquiry; you see it in the dashboard with their WTAN, location, and time windows.

Coach the session.

Accept the inquiry, pick a court (yours or theirs), the booking is confirmed. The session shows up in the calendar you already use (Google, Apple, Outlook — two-way sync). Reminders go out automatically.

Get paid after the session.

Their card is pre-authorised at booking and charged when the session ends. Funds are released once the session is confirmed; bank arrival is typically the next business day, depending on your bank, in your local currency. Cross-border tax (VAT, reverse-charge, FX) is calculated and itemised for you; you receive invoices and a monthly CSV for your accountant to file.

What makes a lead “matched” to me?
Players see coaches whose skill band overlaps theirs, whose specialty matches what they're after (junior, adult, performance, group), and whose travel zone or home venue reaches them. You set the four filters once on your profile; the matching runs continuously.
Do I have to use the platform's calendar?
No. Two-way sync with Google, Apple, and Outlook is built in. Sessions appear on both calendars and any reschedule (from either side) propagates automatically.
What about taxes and cross-border lessons?
VAT, reverse-charge, and FX are calculated and itemised for you; you receive invoices and a monthly CSV for your accountant to file. You get an itemised invoice for every session, your client gets a receipt, and a CSV for your accountant lands monthly.
How does the payout actually work?
Both cards (yours for the platform fee, theirs for the lesson) are pre-authorised at booking. When the session ends and both parties confirm completion, funds are released once the match is confirmed; bank arrival is typically the next business day, depending on your bank.
